Facilities Manager (FM): My number one priority is to provide a safe and effective environment in which to operate.
The Facilities department has responsibilities for the day-to-day running of the offices and Laboratories within the building.
The department is required to control and manage many environment and Fire safety systems.
These include;
Building fabric maintenance · Decoration & refurbishment
Air conditioning maintenance · Space management
Plumbing & drainage · Plantroom maintenance, testing and inspections
Ventilation / temperature control · lighting levels
Minor project management · Cleaning · Recycling · Waste disposal
