Learning & Development Centre of Excellence

The NDM Learning & Development team is responsible for supporting the NDM and University strategic objective of creating an environment in which its staff can fully engage, develop and flourish.

The team are responsible for:

• The full learning cycle (HR) including the design and delivery of specific HR training courses and briefing sessions for staff and managers both in Oxford and overseas.
• Managing the administration of personal development reviews.
• Supporting staff progression and recognition through the relevant University schemes; the Reward and Recognition schemes (monthly and annual), the annual Recognition of Distinction exercise and the University Research Lecturer and Associate Professor exercises.
