Launching the NDM Managers Toolkit

We are pleased to announce the launch of the NDM Managers toolkit, which has been designed to support line managers in NDM. You will be able to easily access HR policies, have a clear understanding of NDM HR processes/decision making and access contact information. Whilst this toolkit has been written from the perspective of supporting line managers, it should be a useful resource for all NDM staff
Mental Health Awareness Week - new training opportunities

The 9th May marks the launch of Mental Health Awareness Week, the UK’s national week to raise awareness of mental health. This year, the theme for the week is ‘Loneliness’.
Excellence Awards 2022 - now open for nominations

We are pleased to launch the University's Awards for Excellence scheme. The scheme is open to the majority of staff in Grades 1-10 and is designed to reward those employees who have performed well in all the key areas of their jobs, and have consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, significantly above that which might reasonably have been expected for their grade.
Personal Development Review - new online platform now available

1st October 2021. We are pleased to confirm that the process of requesting annual leave has now moved online, to HR Self-Service. This replaces the previous card system, which is no longer in use.
