The PDR is a tool by which you can facilitate career development discussions. We would encourage you to talk with your line manager who may be able to help you reflect and consider your career options, offer support and provide assistance in your career mapping.

You may also wish to consider Mentoring or Coaching which can be hugely effective tools in the support of your development, and in helping you to reach your potential. Our mentoring and Coaching page details the range of different schemes available to help you to find the right one for you.
